Terms of Use

• Purple Delta provides computer-generated tuning suggestions for Gran Turismo 7, for guidance and entertainment. Always verify and fine-tune in-game.

Unofficial companion app. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. or Polyphony Digital Inc. “Gran Turismo”, “Gran Turismo 7” and “GT7”, and all car manufacturer and model names, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

• Posting to the community is governed by the Community & User-Generated Content Terms below, which you accept on first use.

• You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Manage Account › Delete account. This removes your account and its data from our servers, including the tunes and comments you published, and clears device data. The Privacy Policy lists what stays after deletion.
• Cancelling a store subscription is done separately in your store account settings.

• Paid tiers are billed through your app store and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
• Where your store offers a free trial on the annual plan, it is for eligible new subscribers only and becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Prices are shown in GBP and localised at checkout.

• Don't misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its data.

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

• We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.

• You are responsible for everything you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

• No hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or discriminatory language.
• No sexual, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.
• No spam, scams, or impersonation of other people or brands.
• No third-party logos, trademarks, brand artwork, or other people's private information.

• Content is automatically filtered for offensive language when you submit it.
• You can report any setup or comment, and block any user, from the “…” menu on that content.
• We review reports and remove violating content and/or suspend the responsible user within 24 hours.

• We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that breach these terms, at our discretion.
