Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

Purple Delta is designed to respect your privacy.

What we store

  • Saved setups, garage and preferences are kept on your device and synced to your account so they follow you across devices.
  • Account details (username and email) and the community content you post — setups, comments, likes, reports and blocks — are stored on our servers so they can be shown to other players and kept moderated.

How your account is secured

  • Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. Passwords are encrypted (hashed) and are never visible to us or stored in the app.
  • We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication and payments, and only share what each needs to run the service.

Purchases

  • Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details — only an anonymous entitlement status (subscribed or not) to unlock features.

Data we do not collect

  • We do not collect your contacts or location.
  • Live PS5 telemetry stays on your local network and never leaves your device.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information.

Third-party data

  • Car and track reference data is compiled from public community sources and used for in-app reference only.

Deleting your account & your data

  • You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Profile › Manage Account › Delete account.
  • This permanently removes your profile and your community content (posts, comments, likes, reports and blocks) from our servers, and clears your data from this device. It cannot be undone.
  • A store subscription is billed by the App Store / Google Play and is separate — cancel it in your store account.
  • Can't access the app? Email support@purple-delta.com to request deletion of your account and data.
