Delete your account & data

• Open Purple Delta and sign in.
• Go to Profile › Manage Account › Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and its data are erased immediately from our servers, and device data is cleared.

If you can no longer access the app, email support@purple-delta.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner), and confirm by email.

• Your profile (email address, username, account ID).
• Your saved setups, garage, favourites and owned-car list.
• Your votes, likes and reports.
• The tunes you published to the Community Garage and the comments you wrote, together with other players’ replies, votes and favourites on them.
• All data stored on your device.

• Your username can still appear in other players’ comments that mention you.
• Suggestions and feedback you sent stay, no longer linked to you.
• Copies of reports and feedback you sent stay in our support inbox, with your username.
• RevenueCat, our subscription provider, keeps its record of your subscription purchases, and Apple and Google keep their own purchase and tax records.
• A record of each subscription event (its type and your account ID) is kept for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• Our service providers keep their own short-term service logs, such as sign-in and email-delivery logs, and delete them on their own schedule.
• Limited records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records held by the app stores, not by us), retained only as long as the law requires and never used to re-identify you.
• Anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you.

• Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — those are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
